In 1996 I started Lomax Classic Mouthpieces. My goal from the beginning was to make the finest possible professional quality clarinet mouthpieces. Since the final products can be no better than the quality of the material and the design and the craftsmanship of the mouthpiece blank, I choose The Hans Zinner Company of Marktrodach, Germany, as my source form my original Lomax Classic Mouthpieces. With the exception of just a few models over the years, Zinner mouthpiece blanks have formed the foundation of all my designs.

My mouthpiece journey has been a wonderful experience, and the friends I have made along the way, truly remarkable. To be able to put a smile on the face of a fellow clarinetist? Priceless!

Trial Policy
ONLY (2) MOUTHPIECES MAY BE ORDERED ON TRIAL.

1. You will be charged for ALL mouthpieces ordered when your trial order is placed. Only TWO mouthpieces of the same model and facing, can be sent on trial. The trial will be for a period of TWO WEEKS, starting from the time you RECEIVE the order. Any mouthpiece, or mouthpieces to be returned, must be received by us within THREE WEEKS from the time you receive the order. Late shipments may not be accepted if we have not been contacted by email IN ADVANCE of the return date, asking for a TRIAL EXTENSION. Your credit card will be credited for the mouthpiece or mouthpieces returned, within two (2) weeks of their return, as long as they are returned in like new condition, and in their original packaging. We encourage you to reuse the Priority Mail Box the order was shipped in, or a new one like it. These Small Flat Rate Boxes are available at any U.S. Post Office. No extra insurance is required. Any mouthpieces not received by us withing ONE MONTH from the date order WAS SHIPPED will be considered sold, and no refund will be given.
